Had excellent experience, overall lovely peaceful place.
The hotel was fairly clean and staff were extremely friendly and amazingly efficient, everything was excellent. I liked the room with a very comfy bed. The service offered was attentive. Besides, I was able to park onsite. The property was in a stunning location near the restaurant and cocktail masterclass, other Malmaison's, and the centre of Aberdeen. Also, main attraction such as a historic church was 2 miles from this hotel.

Brilliantly helpful and professional staff members, on check out with receptionist. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds, coffee and climate control. A bathtub in the bathroom...

Stayed at malmaison for one night and loved the beautiful building. The staff were super friendly and the festive decor added nice vibes. We had dinner, good with a good menu choice. Enjoyed the cozy bar area and the location was just a 20-minute stroll to the city center.

The location was stunning and handy in the bistro 28th. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Spacious room, tastefully furnished.
Unfortunately the room was not clean. The dust was for example on the blinds and on the minibar millimeter thick. The shower could not be closed, the fittings were loose. The blanket did not fit into the cover, it was also the wrong way round. A lot of other little things that spoil your stay.

Rooms and food are second to none, and the hotel is kept clean. Pleasant and exceptional staff on reception and elsewhere. The rooms are spotless and airy with breakfast included. The breakfasts are marvellous with variety of options. The location is marvellous and handy, 2 km from Church of Christ. Variety of food options not too far from the venue.

No hooks in the rooms. Closet in the double room much too small.

The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The food is great and the laundry was done on time. Great.
It was not very close to the center, but could be reached by bus within 10-15 minutes.

Lovely rooms and like the bathroom.
Staff were a little bit miserable and we had to wait a while to get served in the bar. No enough parking spaces.

excellent central spot near parks and museums for weekend explorers
I loved the spacious room with a good view of gardens and the friendly staff who were always attentive. Being only a 15-minute stroll from Johnston Gardens and less than a 20-minute walk to the Gordon Highlanders Museum turned my weekend into a good city adventure.
